Pricing & Product Availability.

99% of our products will ship the same day with the advertised price, but there will be exceptions. Because of market fluctuations, products may not always be in stock or available. We will do our best to update the website as to current availability and estimated arrival dates. Some items may require a few extra days to get to our warehouse before they can be shipped to you. If that is your case, please be patient, our price is worth it.

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS. Chimney Cap Design will not be held responsible for your shipping charges for mistyped addresses or cancellations after the product has already shipped from our location. We do not ship to APO or PO Box addresses. UPS does not ship on Sundays.

Once you click the "Check Out" button, you enter an area protected by our secure server. Our secure server uses advanced encryption and firewall technology to keep your personal information private. Our secure server layer (SSL) completely encrypts the information you input into our order form, so that it cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system. Once we have processed your order, we remove your credit card number from our system and destroy all record of it. What's more, for added security we have an Address Verification System (AVS) in place, which compares the shipping address inputted into our order form, against your billing address on file with the bank who issued your credit card. That is why it is extremely important to enter your address
accurately, and to follow the posted instructions if your shipping and billing addresses happen to be different. Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Chimney Cap Design sells strong, dependable products that have been carefully designed to last and extensively tested for performance. We use the finest materials available that we know will stand up to the repetitive cycles of temperature extremes and weather conditions.

Chimney Cap Design warranties its stainless steel and copper chimney caps and other parts supplied by us for a lifetime of the product.

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product plus shipping cost to the failure location. This warranty does not cover any labor cost for removal or replacement of the defective product. Chimney Cap Design shall not be responsible for defects, damage or failures, caused by unauthorized alterations, unreasonable use, accident or abuse, or chimney fire, including failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance.

Consequently damages are excluded and no liability is assumed for defective installation or for materials not supplied by Chimney Cap Design. No other warranty, express or implied, of fitness, merchantability, or otherwise, is made.

Your satisfaction is our priority.

If there is a problem with your order, please let us know immediately upon receipt of the product so that we can have the order picked up and corrected.

In the event that you need to return a "stock" item, we will return 100% of your money for the product that you purchased from us. We are unable to refund any carriage charges.

Custom chimney caps are NOT returnable item, so please make sure you plan your chimney cap well. Custom chimney caps are those which require change of stock size or design to fit your chimney or desire. Call or email us if you are unsure of what you need.

Please make sure that you include a note in the box to reference the returned item so that we can determine the disposition of that product (i.e. repairs, refund, duplicate, return to stock, etc.)

Please do not return any caps until after you have contacted us. If there is an error on our part, we may be able to issue a "call tag" and save you shipping charges. In your message please include order number, date of order and reason for return.
